Erin Gentry review about company CS Roofing Company

Seriously unimpressed with this company. I called them over a week ago requesting a technician to come out and do an estimate for some insurance-required garage roof repair, and I indicated numerous times that it was a time-sensitive issue. After 3 business days and no call-back, I called, reiterated my need for a timely call-back and estimate, and was told again that someone would be in touch. I would have loved to give them my business but am going to look elsewhere. I prefer to deal with companies who value potential customers' interest as it's often an early indicator of the type of professionalism and service I can expect from them down the road.
