Gail Forehand review about company Bob's Construction-Remodeling

We were very disappointed after 4 or 5 weeks of waiting to have our back porch made into a sun room. It took Bob weeks to come give just a quote of how much it would cost, then every week after when he told us he would be there, they would never show up. No phone call to explain. When my husband called and left a message, he would never return the phone call. Finally after this last time, when 8:00 came, then 9:00 came and then 10:00 came and nobody shows up. No phone calls to why, that was finally it for us. My husband took off from work for this, too. You could only be patient for so long. So, now we are taking this task on ourselves. I really cannot rate this at all, but you have to click on a star to publish this.. Just very disappointed. :(
