Tonya Henry review about company Texas Professional Exteriors

Do not ever use this company especially for roof repairs. I was told today that it is a law that roof work labor warranties in TX are 5 years, not one like they told me. Several companies said they must warranty work for at least 5 yrs. Also my roof was done in 2014 while I was away on vacation. Got a call stating they were there to do the work and I stated I wasn't home. Big mistake to let them do it while I wasn't here. It's a few years later and two companies have told me the roof wasn't replaced properly. The flashing under the shingles is missing and the part where the roof creases on all four sides has shingles too short. Water has been running down the creases into the wood for years. Now there is dry rotting and damage to the siding. I called about five days ago and the assistant on the phone stated it could not have come from what the did or I would have noticed it. No one would see a leak that is in the siding unless you are outside while raining. I just happened to be out Sunday to see it. Said her supervisor or someone would call me to check into it. Of course no one called. I posted publicly on their page and sent a private message for someone to call me but nothing from them. A BBB complaint shall be done. This is ridiculous. They should be out of business for all the shady work they've done. Based on the complaints on here, they need to close down. Not a happy customer at all!!!
