Decent prices but more money if you decided to finance. You get a "20 % off" if you pay cash. If you decide to finance the price will go up by 20/30% more. The whole finance didn't make any sense to me,since the money was lend by a bank and not them. The clean up could of been a little better I had to clean and double check all around the property and found shingles with nails,roof paper,nails from the old roof. very dangerous,specially with kids and pets. The side of the house was left all dirty with "roof dust",I had to hire someone to come power wash the house after the installation. Also few bushes and plants were destroyed when the put the tarp to throw the old roof on to the grass. The new roof came on a skid and they decided to put it on top of the grass,sat there for 2 days. Grass died and have a pallet shape burned grass. Also two gutters were damage and I had to replaced them . Job was supposed to take one day,but it took two,which is not a big deal,but my only issue is,the team from day 2 had no idea what team one did,wish the team that started the job finished it. My salesman never came back to make sure everything was done properly or called to see if we were happy as he promised.
