Alicia Holtzclaw review about company Kelly Roofing and Repair Inc.
I have no complaints of the work of the finished product with the company; I do however have an issue with the way workers are treated. Extremely cruel and inhuman, workers are not to go to the restroom the entire work day even though two 15 minute breaks, and a lunch are provided. When water runs out, water is not provided. Even though working condition get over 100 degrees on the roof. Also the team is made up of 7 people all in which are rude, discouraging to new help, and all around uninviting people. They should be able to pride themselves on this company being family owned, however I would be embarrassed to be apart of this rude unhelpful business. I highly recommend never working for this company.
