R Franklin review about company E.C. Kardelis General Contracting

We moved into our home two years ago. Last spring we discovered a leak in my sons room. Anticipating needing to put on a new roof I called EC Kardelis. Jamie, the owner, came to give us an estimate within a day of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually spotted the source of the leak as a window. He fixed the problem quite inexpensively. We haven't had an issue since. I greatly appreciated his honesty and quick repair. One company that came out did in fact claim I needed a new roof. I call Jamie for all my gutter work as well now. He is always prompt and reasonable.
