Dave W review about company Keystone Contracting LLC

Keystone Contracting put vinyl siding on our family room/porch addition which had previously been sided with T1-11. Even though our job was relatively small they took their time to make sure we understood the different options prior to signing our contract. Doug and Eddie even came back out on the weekend to answer my follow-up questions after their initial visit to provide the estimate. We had several other contractors come out as well and Keystone pricing was very competitive, and it was clear that their service was going to be excellent. They made suggestions on what products would be best for us (we went with the Monogram) and we also liked their recommendation for styling and trim colors. We found this quite helpful as we didn’t really know what would look best in our case. Once we had agreed to move forward the work proceeded quickly. The supply company that delivered the siding initially made a mistake and sent the wrong product, which Keystone immediately had rectified, and the incorrect materials taken back the same day, so they weren’t sitting around in our yard and the correct product was delivered a few days later. Installation went very smoothly and quickly. The screened in porch had significant amounts of trim which all was to be capped with aluminum. Our installer paid tremendous attention to all the little details involved in getting the fit just right around these areas and it really shows in the final product. Afterward they cleaned up everything and left the work area pristine. The entire addition looks a million times better now and was very reasonably priced. We can’t believe we had considered simply repairing the existing siding which would have had a comparable cost. Even though our job was small Keystone still was clearly very concerned about making sure everything was just right which is not always the case with contractors. Because we had such a positive experience with them we will definitely use them for other projects and recommend them others to as well.
