Dirk Damaska review about company Done Rite Roofing Inc Palm Harbor
Probably one of the rudest responses I've had when wanting to give business to someone. Called for an estimate yesterday around noon and left message, no call back, called again around 4:30 but they close at 4pm. Got a call back next morning but they apparently won't come to Lutz which is only about 40 minutes away from Palm Harbor. Mentioned that I've seen their trucks around but Nina basically said "must have been when we weren't that busy" and hung up. Pretty disappointed considering the good reviews they have. So I guess if you don't live in Palm Harbor then don't call this company.
