Miss Joanne review about company Aden Roofing

After I called about 20 other roofers who wouldn't help with an emergency roof tarping, I called Aden Roofing and spoke with Mike or Michael. He graciously agreed to help and told me to send an email to him with the required information. (What a relief!) He said he'd send his guys that afternoon. I sent the email 2 minutes later. Literally. That evening I get a call from my customer saying the roofer never showed. Called Aden Roofing again. No answer. Called again, and he answered claiming he'd never spoken with me and got no email. The next morning he called me back on the number I called him on and said he had already left the office for the day (11:47am) when my email came through (yet he had never spoken with me?), and asked if we still needed assistance. We had already had someone else come out to take care of it at that point. Super disappointed with the professionalism and lack of acknowledgement.
