Katharine Harmon review about company Metal Roofing Solutions

While we were pleased with the initial product which was installed, we are deeply concerned about their customer care, and the validity of our warranty. We have attempted calling this company multiple times with a requested repair, and have twice interacted with a representative from the company who promised a prompt reply, quote, and service, and then failed to follow up, and did not return or respond to our calls. Given this confusing lack of customer care, we are not certain of the status of this company, and certainly would not recommend them to a new customer.
