Good morning Zoe, can you please contact the office as we dont have any customers with your surname (WAYNE). We as a company do not hold deposits from customers. If you are a First Choice customer you have QANW Warranties number and if you contact them also and send your contract to them they will explain that all deposits are held in a holding account for a minimum of 14 days. The office number and freephone number is also on the contract that you should have or if you send me your number i will call you. Apart from writing a review i dont see how you are trying to resolve this fictitious report. Thank You
