We were grossly overcharged for our service. They found the problem 4 visits later and had the audacity to charge us for the subsequent visits. The person who came to our house told his boss (who wrote us a nasty response, extremely unprofessional I might add, glad he supported his employee but NEVER called us to discuss the issue.) ) that we said it was caused by the rain (we are senior citizens, what do we know about roofing) , (my favorite of why it was still leaking after more than a month was that he found rusted nails, . He made up obscure reasons of why the roof was still leaking. Pulling straws... How a professional roofer could not conceive till after 4 visits to our home is that it was coming from the ceiling in the master bathroom where there was a water pipe.... It was soaked every time he came... He could not put this together. Terrible company with a very rude boss. Do not use their service.
