david rymal review about company Metro Home Improvements

I had Metro out to my home to give me an estimate on having our bathroom redone. I had numerous estimates from other companies but didn't quite feel like I was getting what I was looking for until Brian the owner from Metro came over and looked at our bathroom and measured it out to see what we could do. After spending over 2 hours with my wife and I drawing up a blueprint and going over the finite details of the job we proceeded forward with choosing Metro to do our remodel and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. He and his crew were polite and courteous, they cleaned up every day after they finished, they walked us through every aspect of what was going on, and he even met my wife and I at numerous places to choose the products that were going to be installed in our new bathroom. I have to tell you that we never expected that type of care or service out of a contractor but that's what we were most looking for in choosing a builder/contractor initially and after meeting him and walking through the process we both were surprised and elated that someone would go to those lengths to ensure that their customers are happy. We are looking at refinishing our basement this fall and I won't even consider calling anyone else when we get ready to do it. Great job Metro and we hope to be a customer for life!
