We could not have asked for better customer service. From the consultation, to text messages with photos of the work, to following up once the project was completed, Jeff went above and beyond keeping us informed. We contacted Jeff to come out the quote new gutters. Not only did Jeff offer several options, but actually talked me out of a more expensive leaf guard and provided a written quote before leaving. Jeff offered a roof inspection when he arrived for the gutter installation. Jeff sent us very clear photos that were marked & labeled. He just did not point out the problems he also sent photos of the items that were done correctly. The bottom line is I have been a homeowner for 20 years and I have never received this level of service from any contractor.
