Kelly Harlan review about company Level One Foundation Repair and Construction
Level One did an inspection for our first buyers. We had already done an inspection using Eagle Foundation and Eagle said we needed no work and our house was stable. Level One said that our home needed 28 piers-which caused our buyers to back out. We had to spend $400 on an independent structural engineer who agreed with Eagle and said we needed no work!! Why Level One said 28 piers is beyond me, but either he is a con artist or he doesn’t know what he is doing-either way, I’d look elsewhere for a foundation company! And one that is out there to help not gouge homeowners!!
