If you want to lose your money go ahead with Bill Woodman! I had a contract with Bill Woodman to replace windows in Auburn, NY. I paid him $2600 at 05/17/2013 for the windows. The work had to be done by 07/01/2013. He took the money and never bought windows, never did any work and did not return my phone calls. I went to Auburn police. The police filed papers against of him in September; 2013.The criminal case is still open. Now is 02/05/2014 and so far I did not get my money back.
