Fletcher Kirkland review about company Builders FirstSource

I have two windows in my home in Litchfield Beach that are under warranty and have gone bad. I have been trying for over a year to get them replaced. At first Mr. Ellis, the salesman, tried to help us but he ordered the wrong size. From that point on he has been completely unresponsive and even has used profanity with my wife when she called to inquire about the status of the reorder. This group is completly unprofessional and could care less about customer service. Would not even give them one star. Unfortunately, our builder used them for his materials. I think at this point the warranty has expired.
