Dreama Rice review about company Your Local Roofing Company

I have scheduled a total of 3 appointments with Charles. The first appointment he was a no show. I called and he informed me he was in the middle of a job and couldn’t make it. He never called to let me know he couldn’t make it. We rescheduled for the consultation the following day. The following day it rained and he unfortunately had to cancel again. We rescheduled for today at 10:30 am and what do you know, another no show. I called and he has yet to return my phone call. His voicemail is full so I have also been unable to leave him a message. I am surprised by the level of unprofessionalism due to his amazing reviews and ratings. I would have normally not proceeded based on him not showing the first time, but thought I would give him another chance based solely on reviews and ratings. He is obviously too busy for the volume he is receiving, but should work on being more professional and courteous to customers.
