Kelly Chiarilli review about company Antis Roofing & Waterproofing
Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I usually don't leave reviews unless you were REALLY bad and I feel obligated to warn others. Long story short, worst communication. I called and explained where the leak was coming from, which my husband and neighbor found not the 3 different set of guys they sent out at various times. They told me they were sending men out and that they would also include a temporary repair for the spot I told them about. I leave work and drive home only to have the 2 guys that show up have no clue what I was talking about. I called the company while my neighbor who originally set up the work order to fix damage THEY CAUSED was yelling at their manager because they said they were not prepared for his repairs either. Basically these guys showed up completely unprepared with no clue what we were talking about. Then they said they would schedule the temporary repairs for us so we could finally get our wall (which had growing mold in it from the leak) fixed. That never happened! After 2 months of waiting for someone to fix our repairs we finally ended our lease early and moved. We had been living with mold for at least 2 months with no signs of it getting repaired. This was not our landlord's fault, this was due to the HOA and Antis roofing company. I could go on but the gist of it is they have the worst communication of any company I have dealt with. I would look elsewhere if you want your repairs completed in a timely manner. EDITED 4/22/2019 A rep from Antis called me to go over everything even after I told them I no longer lived in the residence. They still wanted to resolve the situation which I was very appreciative of. They then sent me a $20 gift card and a giving card for them to donate to my favorite charity. As someone with 20+ years of customer service experience I really appreciated that they reached out and even sent a gift card, never asking me to edit or take down my review. I will not take it down because it's the truth but to me what sets companies apart is how they handle situations like this one.
