Joe came to quote us for guttering, new roof, cladding and fascia work on our house. Joe was the only one who explained to my husband how he would go about all the work etc, making us feel completely comfortable and at each, so professional and really took the time to completely understand what we wanted the outcome to be. Joe also explained we only needed to pay at the end of the job once we were happy and the quote is the quote this made us feel comfortable in trusting them also. Joe/Steve and the team showed up every day and where so polite and professional to myself and my two little ones i could not have asked for more. They never disturbed me, and always left at the end of the day showing us what they had done and cleaning up after themselves. I could not be happier with the professionalism of all the guys and the standard of work they carried out. We ended up adding a new conservatory roof onto the work in the middle of the job meaning they needed to be here an extra day, meaning other work was pushed back by a day so that Joe could make sure it was all finished here to the best possible standard. Joe really understood my husbands vision changing things has he went to make sure it fit with what we wanted. I am proud of our house now it looks amazing, the work has been done to such a brilliant standard I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to you all.
