Brent Starner review about company Direct Metal Roofing, Inc.

Bad experience with this company. Terrible at communicating and ended up not going with them because they wouldn’t work with my insurance company to get a check. In response back to the owner’s slander. Please do not throw words around like “fraud” lightly. Your reply about me is a defamation of my character and I do not appreciate it. My critique is accurate of my terrible experience with your company. I believe you are confused as to what my situation was... maybe because there was little to no contact from your employees unless I called over and over again. We went with another company that came in and replaced our roof within two weeks compared to your quote of 3 months and for a cheaper price using the same product. They also followed all the laws and regulations required by the insurance company to get the check cashed so they could be paid. Their representative came by our house, signed paper work, pulled permits and had all necessary documents into our insurance company within 2 days without ANY prompting or calls from us to do so. The end of the following week supplies were delivered and our roof was finished that weekend. Please take this as an opportunity to improve your customer service and be happy that after two years of severe Irma damage, my family finally has a new roof.
