We had an excellent experience with Tom. We had multiple quotes done for our roof, and he was the only one that followed up. As per his inspection of our old roof, he was the only sales person to actually look in our attic to see our situation. Overall, Tom answered all my questions and took time to look at exactly what we needed. The short wait for a new roof was appreciated, and the installers were respectful and polite.
