"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" I bought a house in St Andrews that had a Standing Seam Galvalume roof on it that was replaced 3-years earlier by A & A Roofing Company. The roof looked nice and it was one of the main reasons we bought the house. We started the remodel and found 4 of the 5 roof penetrations had leaked, letting water inside the roof which ran down the walls. It all turned into black mold in the ceiling and inside the sheet-rock walls. We have the original copy of the invoice for the work so we know the roof was only 3 years old. The invoice said they have a 10-year warranty on workmanship. We called A & A Roofing to come out to look at the roof and they agreed the roof defiantly leaked around the roof vents. They gave us an estimate of over $4,000 to repair the roof. They didn't stand behind their work! Now we have a gutted house sitting there as we try to figure out where to get the money to repair the all of the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
