Mike Yan review about company mx roofing

Scheduled work was rescheduled twice after deposit was made. The reason they told me is that they needed to fix a lot of roofs they did previous after the storm... Finally, they came to my house. But, they found they bought the wrong size of my skylights. They told me that the band new skylights are not returnable to the vendor and asked me to pay $600.00 for their fault. (During the quotation period, I've asked them to measure the skylights themselves to avoid this situation already.)After I refused, they said they have to cancel the contract, because even if they reluctantly agreed to perform the work, the work will be in poor quality for sure. Eventually, they left... I was so angry as it wasted me two weeks... It is obvious that this company does not deserve the five star review online although their salesperson, Scott, is super nice and their response is super fast at very beginning...
