Michael Lagasse review about company Pitts Roofing

Had roof replaced. Approximately one year later roof leaking in multiple locations. When they answer the phone they say they are coming by and never show up. After 2 weeks and multiple missed appointments the work is still not complete. Very poor customer service and shotty workmanship.
