My recommendation is that Energy Roofing Inc., provide their potential customers with a picture of their rooftop, the square footage “bigs” captured by Eagleview.com or an aerial view company and provided an copy of this document (actual roof/aerial view and measurements) at the time the contract is signed. This will allow the both the representative and customer the opportunity validate the measurements and “bigs” to be installed, replaced or repaired and lock in cost associated with the job.
