Had a small amount of shingle damage from a wind storm. Was contacted by Craven after searching Angie's List for roofers. Heard from their repair technician Jeff Delacruz within an hour or so. He arrived precisely on time, assessed the damage, and completed the repair within 30 minutes of arrival. The repair was exactly what, and cost less than, the insurance company had estimated, the whole process taking less than half a day. Outstanding service all the way around. I highly recommend Craven, and most especially Mr. "Cruz." Well done.
