Alex Mason review about company Mr Gutter

The gutter team was great and have no complaints with them. The salesman on the other hand not so much. He was misleading and not very clear. I got a quote from another gutter company and asked Him if he could match. The quote from the other company had a drawing of all the guttering that would be placed as well as a price. I assumed(my mistake) that when he said he was going to honor it, it meant the whole quote and not just the price. I called him after the work was done and it seemed like he could care less and didn’t try to make it right. If I would’ve know this I would’ve just gone with the first company to begin with. Update, chase contacted me within 30 minutes and bent over backwards to make it right. Excellent customer service and got the job done. Very much appreciated changing my 3 star review to a 5. Well done
