Brie Dance review about company TriStar Quality Roofing

Tristar replaced our roof in 2018. Their team worked fast and got the roofing portion of the job done in no time. We had three issues: one related to boots installed vs. what insurance paid for and then with the gutters that were replaced. Our gutters were installed at a downward angle toward our chimney on one side. Over the course of a very wet fall, we experienced significant damage to the mortar on our chimney because of the bad gutter job and subsequently flooding inside our house. In addition, they ripped the counter flashing from our chimney and didn’t replace/repair while doing the roof job. We ended having to pay another company to come in and take care of that. I can’t say for certain that had I barked loud enough that they wouldn’t have taken care of these, but the guy in charge of our job avoided my calls and always tried to point the blame somewhere else. When I tried to call the office to get in touch with someone, they always just referred me back to Matt. After enough times getting the runaround from the guy in charge of our project, we hired other contractors to repair the damage caused to the flashing and or chimney. Because of the cost of these repairs, we still can’t afford to replace the flooring from the flood damaged living room the bad gutters caused.
