We had a slow leak and called a few local roofers. One we were going to use gave us a quote then disappeared and stopped answering calls. I called J Parker and they stopped by the next day, matched the reasonable quote from their competitor and did the work a couple days later, even between all of this rain! He walked me through each step of the work, why they were doing it and built a lot of trust. I'm thrilled and have deleted the other roofers from my phone.
