Lloyd and Solar Tech delivered what has become exceedingly rare today: thoughtful customer service. In a world where you can feel like a number or doubt the commitment beneath the rating, Lloyd and his team are personable, communicative, reliable, and flexible. When he didn't care for the angle of one of the downspouts, he had his team redo it. And when I neglected to mention that we wanted a colored gutter -- until after they were installed -- he was generous enough to come back, remove the gutters, paint them, and reinstall them. And he did that at no cost. That just doesn't happen anymore these days. Big thanks, Lloyd, to you and your team. The gutters look great!
