Laurie M review about company Advanced Roofing Systems Ltd.

I would definitely recommend this company as the work and the price was excellent. The crew was very professional and worked extremely hard and finished roof in one day. All staff and the owner were extremely pleasant. Because the crew finished the work in one day it was dark when they left, so clean up was not very good. I expressed that to the girl that called to check on my satisfaction and she assured me the crew would be back to remedy that. The crew did not come back. I called and spoke to another girl who again assured me the crew would be dispatched back. They still did not come. When I called to pay my bill I spoke with the owner, Gil, and he asked about my satisfaction. I said I was extremely satisfied with the exception of the clean up. He then said he would send out the crew to clean up and on top of that wash roof and clean out gutters at no expense. I was very impressed. However, no one ever came. I texted Gil and he said he’d been away but would send them shortly. No one ever came and my husband and I did clean up on the ground ourselves. So, overall yes I would recommend them, as I know sometimes things aren’t perfect. We had dealt with some 8 other companies and Advantages quotes and time lines were by far the best. Their staff and Chris who did quote were excellent! They would have got 5 stars had they followed up with clean up promise.
