Annette Liggett review about company Stewart Roofing Co

Stewart Roofing doesn’t stand behind it’s workmanship. About one year ago, they did maintenance on my roof due to a leak by my back door.. their personnel Cameron quoted me a price and stated that after they perform necessary maintenance on my roof, it would last about five years. WRONG.. shortly after performing the maintenance the leak occurred again in same area so Cameron returned and did some additional work. That work lasted almost one year before leak returned (Oct 2018) in same area! I called again, this time Bill - suppose to be the owner - came out. He said after going on roof he could not tell where the leak was at.. but he could redo that same area for $750 and guarantee no more leaking. I asked was I going to receive credit for monies already paid for initial job? Bill said no, it’s been a year.. so I mentioned to Bill what about Cameron’s assurance that my roof would last about five years after the initial work?! Bill oh no he can’t guarantee that.. I said oh but he did! Bill doesn’t know where the leak is but he can guarantee the leak would stop. I felt insulted that he thought that made sense. So I’m disappointed that Stewart Roofing doesn’t stand behind their work or assurance their employee (Cameron) gives a customer. In conclusion I have been a customer with Stewart Roffing since about 1978. So whenever I have that part of my roof redone it will NOT be Stewart Roofing.. I certainly won’t recommend them again. I called my homeowners insurance company to inform them NOT to use Stewart Roofing!!
