Gary holob review about company ALL UNITED Roofing & Siding, LLC
Had this company install roofing and gutter guards many years ago. Was told there was a lifetime warranty that if gutters plugged they would clean. Now found out that company was sold and new owner will not honor original guarantee. Does not leave one with good feeling about doing business with this company. Waited one week after reply to see if manager would actually post that she talked to owner. As you can guess what she posted was more of an advertisement then an attempt to help a former customer and no further reply was added. Also note that previous owner never said maintenance free but would respond to clean gutters if it ever plugged. So much for buying a name for its good will and then cutting off previous customer. Update. Crew showed up unexpectedly and fixed the issue. Agreed that this was a one time thing but give them credit for owning the issue. Changed rating to 5 stars
