EXCELLENT customer service! A light was broken on accident during my window installation and was replaced the same day I called about it. My roof also looks great! The general manager was even apologetic about the light. Jason H. also saved my elderly grandmother from being swindled for 30k by another contractor. I called him, told him what she told me the other contractor said she absolutely needed done, (because it sounded "off") and if he could please check it out for her as a second opinion. He actually went over there in 30 min because it sounded so fishy. Turned out she was being taken advantage of as suspected! Honesty goes a long way, especially when saving an elderly family member from a con-man contractor. Def calling Habermel for all my large home repairs as will the rest of my family! When you save granny, you get an entire family of loyal customers.
