Tait, the estimated, was incredibly thorough and professional. He obviously knows his stuff. I wish I didn't have to wait a week for the bid appointment! Guardian had the highest bid, but I felt confident that the work would be done right. Tait was the only estimater that went into the attic. He was the only one who inspected the chimneys and saw cracks in the mortar. Guardian ventilated the bathroom fans to the outside and rebuilt part of my chimneys. The work was cleaned up every evening and I left on vacation out of country knowing that things would be handled well in my absence. Upon my return the roof was finished and my garden was immaculate. I would recommend Guardian absolutely.
