Christian Favela review about company AMS, A Beacon Roofing Supply Company

Customer service is outstanding and patient with you whenever placing an order over the phone. But they fall flat on actually placing the order. I've had two instances where I've called and placed an order on a custom door but they have neglected to place the order at all. So now I'm stuck waiting another 2 weeks for it to be made and arrive.
