Mersi Abdagic review about company Five Star Home Improvement LLC

There’s nothing negative I can say about this company. I didn’t think Phil would come in to inspect our roof because it was raining especially since a different company I had called for roofing said they couldn’t come in because of the rain. I was surprised when he showed up exactly on time for our set appointment and informed me that they still come to inspect regardless of rain just as long as there’s no lightning. He was really kind, informative, and well organized. There was a big team of people who came to replace our roof. They were all super nice and worked hard to make sure our roof was no longer prone to leakage during rainy weather. At the begging there was only a small group that showed up and then more and more workers showed up. Justin informed me that they were waiting on potential rain to pass by before they got started on replacing our roof. Justin also inspected the three spots where leakage had occurred. It ended up not raining so they got started right away. They all worked well together which is awesome! And also super organized! Once they were complete with the replacement of our roof they cleaned up virtually leaving no trace that they had ever been here that day. Muchos gracias to the whole team! Definitely lives up to its name, five star roofing.
