Jarrett Murray review about company Hempsted Roofing & Building

I write this review on behalf of my 86 year old mother, she had her balconies totally striped and supposedly re-done, after only 6 months the balconies started leaking, we called they came out once with a sealant gun this did not solve the problem. After endless amounts of phone calls and broken promises we called in another building company they had to re-do all the work again and informed me the work was a very poor standard and should have never been carried out. AVOID at all cost they never put a signature or date to any paper work and always insisted on cash as payment.
