Nicole Zelazny review about company Titans Roofing

After meeting with 10 roofing companies in May of 2017, we signed a contract with Titan’s Roofing. They had scheduled our full roof tear-off and replacement for about 6 weeks from the date of contract. When 6 weeks rolled around we hadn’t heard from them and I had to contact them. Their schedule had been pushed out due to weather and gave us a new date. This had gone on for almost 4 months, which we were more than understanding about due to the rain that had been occurring. However, it was always us contacting them multiple times before we would even get an update. Finally at the end of October, our roof was replaced. Within 6 months we had multiple leaks that have continued on to this day. It took us multiple phone calls to the business, text messages to the guys’ cell phone numbers that we had, and even going to their office to get them to come back. Each time, they said they had fixed it and with the next rain came more leaks. Our old roof did not even leak in these areas and never gave us problems like this brand new one. The upstairs of our home that was fully remodeled 4 years ago is now damaged from this faulty roof. The drywall is cracking throughout the entire ceiling and walls. We have not even been able to fully assess the damage and do not know what is between the roof and inside ceilings/walls (i.e. mold). Within the past couple of weeks when we call the office the phone now does not ring and instead is an automated message from Spectrum/Time Warner stating the phone number does not have a voicemail box set up. This experience has been an utter disappointment and an absolute mess that I have no idea how long will take to be resolved. Also, I tried uploading photos of the leaks and having trouble getting them to upload with this review.
