Carlo Rejes review about company Alberts Specialty Roofing

Dont know what kind of work he does but the owner is a real lush. Saw him drunk out of his mind in a w 46 st bar mouthing off to other patrons. A guy told me this is not out of the ordinary. He cant handle his drink. May be something to keep in mind when considering him for the job.
