Bob Earl explained everything to make it very clear and easy to understand. He had also handled the entire insurance claim process for me to get everything approved. We went through all the options together, Bob had shown me different homes in the area to help pick out the right color, I had taken his recommendation and it looks wonderful, and have gotten many complements on the final outcome. Everyone I had spoken to was great to work with, from Tina and Monica at the office, to Tom and the installers.
