JM Miller review about company Tarheel Metal Structures Inc.

I am writing a review BEFORE I have received my building. I will update when the building has been put up. After an 8 to 10 week wait that ran into the holidays and long term bad weather, a hold was put on the order. Completely understand that. With multiple voicemails left with no response and more than one email I have had a total of THREE phone calls to me since I ordered this building in October (one being when I initially ordered it to confirm everything). I have been given now three different time frames for the building to be installed. A phone call isn't all that hard, just keep people updated since they just paid you over $3,000 for a product. Communication is just a very simple thing that goes a very long way. Customers have a 9 to 5 job too. EDIT: Carport has been installed wonderfully by the installers. They did awesome and I have no issues at all. Office personnel need to either hire more to respond to customers or just simply care about other peoples time frame and schedule as well.
