We had a major refurbishment done and had a positive experience. As with these things we made a few alterations during the job realising a wall would be better if moved slightly and a door had to be changed for fire regulations. The owner was very helpful and seemed particularly to care about the quality of the finish, his guidance on things like paint colours, tiles and fittings based on what they had done elsewhere was very useful.
