The estimator who came to my house was knowledgeable and was able to tell me what was happening on my roof and the various options available to me. I liked that he had been with the company for many years and knew what he was talking about. Once I decided to accept Summit's proposal, someone came to my house to help me select a roof color. Materials were delivered as scheduled and placed carefully so that they did not damage my property. On the day work was scheduled, a courteous team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned the area around my house, removing all old roofing material and then blowing the area to assure all was clean. The time from acceptance of Summit's proposal to the replacement of my roof was only a little more than a week.
