Cris Bas review about company Roofing Pioneers

I hope I never need a roof again but I will never use Roofing Pioneers again. I signed up for them with a great salesman who left me feeling like they would take care of me but once the contract was signed I was handed over to Mr. Jared Conte who to put it mildly was very hard to work with. He never could give me a date or even a rough idea when he could get to my roof for many months well beyond the dates the salesman quoted me. When the work was finally done the roof looked good but my home was damaged as seen in the attached. When I complained they said they would be back the next day to repair it and also collect the materials they just left lying on my lawn after they were done. They never came back!!!! Following the work I spent many many days chasing behind Mr. Jared Conte simply to get documentation e.g. receipts and certificates of completion for Insurance purposes. I left many messages to his answering service with no return call. He was prompt to reply when I wanted to get the address to send the check funny enough. My advice would be to get a more professional company and wear shoes in your yard for all the nails they leave behind like in the attached when the work is done.
