We interviewed 3 Roof Contractors. Two extremely well know, and one direct referral. We choose PJ, " The Direct Referral", he was personable, gave options, knew his products, and trade. We entered into a contract with 10 % down, Standard, 40% due when order confirmed and we got a notice, and the 30% due to get the product to the site. After Install and Punch out final 30%. THe timeline is max 6 months, currently PJ is two months ahead. Thank You!!
