I can't speak for their work because we never made it that far. I can say that I would never do business with someone who sends out multiple text reminders confirming my appointment to receive a quote and doesn't bother to show up. After waiting for a period of time, I reached out to see if someone was on their way at which time, I was contacted via text stating that I DID have an appointment...would I like to reschedule? No, actually I wanted you to show up for the appointment that was scheduled. No apology, no explanation. My opinion is that if you can't show up to earn my business...how can I assume that you will show up when it's time to work? Thanks for wasting my time.
