Showing up would be nice and the office telling the truth would also be a plus. These guys were out last Friday and didn't finish the job, so today we were supposed to be their 1st job. Well the guys knew nothing about that, so apparently we were lied to by the office. For a week all of our gutters have been off of the house and wood has not been replaced. How do they have a rating like this, it must be an inside job (rating factor). They were supposed to have been here around 8 a.m., it's now past 2:30 p.m. HUMMM....
