Adam Woods review about company abbots roofing

We have been trying to contact this company because my mum has three separate guarantees with them on previous work. We had a leak three weeks ago and despite leaving voicemails and sending emails they do not reply. They do still appear to be trading. Should they return my calls I would be more than happy to amend my review but at present they are not honouring their commitments, leaving a lady in her 70s very concerned about the guarantees she thought she had in place.
